Bass Bitch Laurie Green and Trip Phoenix share a meaningful
exchange
Laurie, myself and Di

Scene-makers, or poseurs? Only Trip's hairdresser knows for
sure ...

What do YOU think about the food at The Rivoli?

Me & my Valentine

me &
Maria Del Mar formerly of National Velvet.
Another
great chick "bass bitch"
(that's what us bass bitches call each other).

Dan, Chris
Welch (Tim's brother), myself and my co-producer, the fabulous and handsome
Rob
Sanzo
(Rob's a
bass bitch too. He plays a Music Man)

Diane
Higgins, who played my assistant Tess in Haunted,
and my best Toronto bass bitch friend, Laurie Green. Laurie and Diane were in
a chick band called Jane Doe
at the time, but Laurie plays with a band called Revolver
right now. I bought my evil pointy Lado bass from Laurie. Now she thinks
it's cool. Mostly she now bangs on an old Fender Jazz. Nothin' wrong with that
...

Me and my
brothers in iST ... myself, Dan Cornelius and Dave Kiner

Kiner and
our very good friend and fabulous photographer, Jim Prue. Jim took the photos
for the iST album cover. Isobel took this photo as the
two were enjoying a cocktail at Ciao Edie late one night.

Typical Canadian
weekend fun.

My film buddy
Bill Gargarella, me, Laurie, Kiner and Mark Crossley (another National Velvet
alumni)

A much cuter
picture of me and Bill. He was the original bass bitch in iST, but now he's
out on the road blowing stuff up on stage for Kid Rock. Bill and I also conceived
the "Big Foot" screenplay that is in the works right now. We actually
started shooting it, like, three different times. Bill has a barky rat dog named
Speck. Everyone hates Speck but Bill.

My saga is
never complete without bringing Suzie (aka Psycho Suzie) into the equation.
Here we are on my birthday with young Dan. Who knows what-the-fuck we're doing
right here. Suzie is in Haunted, she's the fangirl
who shows us her tits for backstage passes. One of my oldest and bestest friends,
we can't even remember where or when we met, exactly. Probably some after-hours
club somewhere on the Toronto punk scene of the early '80's. Back when Dan was
still eating dirt out of the birdbath (so to speak, you know what I mean)

More birthday
fun on the road with Friends and Relatives

My new friend Gilda.
Her boyfriend "Sweet Pete" took this photo at Toogenblik.
